Hello to all!
Let me briefly introduce myself.
I am an older adult (I am 68 years old), Argentine citizen, married for more than 40 years with the same woman, retired but with a lot of enthusiasm to learn and "continue on the road".
I have had type II diabetes for several years. This disease has caused problems in my sex life. When the erectile dysfunction pills stopped working, they suggested I try vacuum therapy. I have tried several of these erecting pumps, from the cheapest until at last I could adapt several of them in a single device that suited my needs. I’ve never tried injections! Just thinking makes me panic. On the other hand, the abuse of Viagra or similar bring problems that can be serious in the long term.
In this sense, vacuum therapy has been acceptable to me, satisfactory, despite the lack of natural spontaneity that can be enjoyed with "normal" erections. Sex has become incredible, very pleasant and prolonged.
The typical problem about using a vacuum pump is in the retention rings. Rings are the key to getting enough erection and concretizing intercourse.

Use the vacuum pump slowly, without "rush" to achieve erection. It requires practice, practice and more practice!

Communication with their partners is essential to achieve harmony and maintain the relationship over time. The couple should get involved with the use of vacuum therapy and participate in the best possible way. Currently I use a penis pump from Augusta, SOMAerect STF that works perfectly.

I am very happy to find this Forum to share experiences. I have sought for years to share relative experiences to solve erectile dysfunction and have finally found the space to evacuate doubts. I believe that knowledge is built together!
Hugs for everyone from Buenos Aires!
