Hi Radar, sorry to see your problems are persisting. It’s been many years.

I didn’t know what SARMS were so looked it up. I’m not sure that’s the solution your looking for, I wouldn’t personally go there. Hopefully others will chip in.

Dear Lord, Radar, no!!!! Enobosarm failed just about every trial it was ever included in - the original developers dropped it 15 years ago! Stick with the advice of your doctors - are you still having zoledronic acid (Zometa)?

from what I've been reading people with sarcopenia and osteoporosis have done well and it doesn't cause prostate cancer recurrence in phase 2 trials.also. ostarine  lyn I had reclast (zoledronic acid infusion)2 days later I was in hospital after peeing blood, urinary tract infection I am supposed to have the infusion once a year, these osteoporosis drugs are not good the amount of people with side effects.

Radar, why won't your clinicians allow you to have Testosterone Replacement Therapy?
You seem to have finished prostate cancer treatment. How long ago was that?
Were you diagnosed with hypogonadism (low Testosterone) or on TRT before prostate cancer?

I was on testosterone before I was dx it shut down my own test, I think that's why  I have lasted so long, I have put a request in for an appointment with a oncologist and not urologist who keep saying not a good idea God knows how long it will take, the reason I have been looking into ostarine which helps a lot of elderly people only 1mg not high doses like bodybuilders take

Radar was referred to endocrinology a few years ago - the consultant liaised with his oncologist and they decided between them that he couldn't have TRT. He has also raised it with his GP who refused to go against the advice of the specialists.

just have to see about my referral to oncologist if they say no, I will tell them that I am going to try ostarine.

Ido Thanks I think ostarine will be the best for me because of p/c osteoporosis and sarcopenia at a low dosage, hardly any side effects, trt has more side effects, every medication has side effects,
