My Gp gives me a script for Tadalfil 20mg ,I take one and nothing seems to happen for a couple of days and yet on the 3rd day often wake with a erection which myself and wife both enjoy .I have had 5 months worth of Prostap so far and due RT soon .
Is the above scenario experienced by others ?
You won't get an erection just because you take Tadalafil. You still have to go through getting yourself aroused. The fact that you are getting nocturnal erections is a good sign that the Tadalafil is working well (or even that you might not even need it). A 20mg dose takes several days to decay away, so you may get to use the effect of one tablet several times.

It must be erection day.🤣🤣🤣I’ve also been put Tadalafil 5mg and been taking them for about 5 days.I’ve been on Prostap for over a year.
this morning I woke up with a semi, not had that for a long, long time😊
