Supporting men diagnosed with Prostate Cancer and their families in Nottingham and the surrounding area.
We meet again on Feb 8th at 7.00 pm in the Biodiscovery Institute at Nottingham University, see attached sketch map. Our guest speaker will be an oncology Macmillan nurse from the City Hospital, she will be talking about hormone treatment (injections) and some lifestyle/side effects management tips. Even if you are not on hormone treatment, as we all know, cancer can return, hormone therapy may be on the cards, and none of us know what the future holds, but forewarned is forearmed. Free tea and biscuits available.
