INVICORP FOR ED

Hi guys.

Hope I am welcome here- despite not having Prostate cancer.

38 Male from the UK

In august 2023 I developed Prostittis and an inflammation in my prostate. This was later diagnosed as pelvic floor dysfunction.

My primary symptoms are

Pain and tightness in the anus and perrenium particuarly after boweL movement
sharp shooting pain along the under side of penis specifically when touched or pressed
contracted tight feeling  in penis.
ED.

I have had numerous tests and medications- currently taking a mix of Amitriptyline Baclofen Cialis daily and sildenafil as needed.

Cialis and Viagra only work to an extent and I am starting to struggle with erections and keeping them due to sensation loss, stress, and tightness. 80% of the time I can get a good erection for about 5 minutes but its starting to get worse.

I have  gone to the next level and aqquired  the medicine Invicorp which is an ED  injection similar to aprostadil caverject. I have noticed that several members on here have used this and I would like to speak with any if possible.

In November I tried Caverject at the urologists office- only 2.5 mcg so a very low dose, but it had little to no effect other than extreme aching and less erection than natural. I believe the dose was too low or the injection technique was incorrect as it doesnt make sense that a strong ED  drug wouldnt work where pills and natural can.

Considering I can  achieve a  good erection naturally  or with pills on occasion what would this group recommend with Invicorp?

Can I lower the dose to start with by squeezing some out of the needle?

Is the injection technique the same as with any ED  injection?

I am taking amitriptyline so unfortunately Sudafed is off the table if I were to get any priapism issues. Is there anything else to take?

Is there a reason the side effect profile seems a bit higher than Caverject or Viridal? I thought injections were designed to be more local and less systemic?

Any help appreiciated either on here or PM.

Thanks.

Hello mate, of course you're welcome here.

I can't answer all your specific questions but here's a link to a thread on Invicorp. Most things about the drug, including it's efficacy and how best to inject are mentioned.

Best of luck

Hi are you aware of Amitripline causing ED ?

Yes but generally not at the dose I'm taking it for pain.

I've only just started so  hopefully the reduction in pain and stress paradoxically improves the ED. The annoying thing is it contraindicates psuedoephrine which is the erection killing substance in sudofed that people use for priapism.
