Will be seen by the MDT next week and I am expecting a date for the opp.
Have a high Gleason score (4+5) so I am also expecting RT
How soon will this start after OPP.
Dave have they said you will require RT following the RP?Some would argue why have two radical treatments if there is the possibility of one doing the trick.
If they are looking at RT i wouLD say that this would be within 6 months of your RP to be classed as adjuvent RT.

I'm not totally sure but I think continence needs to have fully recovered before RT can begin.
