Radiation Therapy

I am getting confused by radiation therapies on offer. As mine is advanced o believe that I cannot have brachytherapy or SBRT and must rely on IMRT. Also I  am sure I heard something about the prostate and pelvic area but it went in one ear and out the other. I'm not sure what she meant! Lol

If you're advanced like me, you'll be offered radiotherapy to the prostate - 20 blasts over 4 weeks.

Personally, I turned it down on quality of life reasons. How can you work and travel to hospital for an hour and half each day?  Plus, very concerned about potential continence issues.  I'm just sticking with my apalutamide for now!

That is the first time you have mentioned being diagnosed with advanced PCa, I think? In December you were posting about getting fit for the op.
