Has a yone ever had a rash while taking Hormone Therapy?

I haven’t experienced a rash. The injection site was always tender for the first few days but nothing else.

What hormone therapy drug are you on? Where is the rash? Have you discussed it with your doctor? Lots of questions, sorry!

You don't have much in your profile, filling that in would be helpful.

Just found this on another thread about itchy rash.

“this itchy rash is one of the most common side effects of decapeptyl. No idea why your onco didn’t just tell you that!

 

There isn’t much that can be done - you could ask about a change to Zoladex or Prostap but itchy rash is listed as a common side effect for both of those as well. Stronger prescription anti-histamines might be the best thing to try next.”

Bicalutimide has given me occasional outbreaks of itching. My GP prescribed a steroid cream which rapidly sorts it out.

Worth bearing in mind that a rash is a possible side effect of almost every drug in the book - so do look at all the meds, especially if they have been changed recently.
